Art imitates Life....Toys imitate Art...

When we opened our shop we bought a picture that took our eye called 'Screaming Dark', it was just something we liked, to put on the wall to emphasise that although we're primarily a 'Toy Shop' we want to create something a bit different (and we had / have no intention of selling it!), well the customers love it (if we had a pound for everyone who asked 'how much is it?' expressing absolute joy and wonder in it we'd be able to buy all of DeadGirls paintings and more!!). We love our 'Screaming Dark', we were careful to choose a picture which didn't cause any distress (we get quite a few little ones in!), but we love all of DeadGirls work, she is amazingly talented, her life through her paintings is our life (and by customers comments, theirs too), and her Art is what we strive ToyToyjac to be (Honest, Simple, Different, Emotional).....Head Over to http://www.deadgirl.me.uk/html/index.php to check it out, but please don't buy all of them, we're planning on a couple more this year!!! :).....
