Stocking up on Stocking Fillers.....

We don't like to mention the 'C' word, certainly not yet, there's Halloween and Bonfire night to still get out of the way, and we're nearly 2 months away from the BIG day. But with local shop windows being transformed into 'Winter Wonderlands', and shoppers senses being bombarded with festive hints, we've started to stock up on some Stocking Fillers, like these Gourmet Smencils - Made from 100% Recycled Newspapers, and infused with delicious aromas they're a big hit with us, each comes in it's own 'test tube', and the aroma lasts for up to 2 years!! .

Pokemon hit by Exchange Rates!!!!

Wow, the 'financial crunch' situation seems to be seeping everywhere. The new Pokemon series 'StormFront' has been hit by the woeful value of the Pound against the Dollar (UK Distributors import them from the States). We don't think many shops will be able to provide discounts on these boosters and decks in the UK :(........

On a better note we've got a limited number of 'Pokemon Collectors Boxes' & 'Pokemon 2008 Power Packs' due in today / tomorrow..... Happy Days.....

Half Term.....Again!!!

Half Term already!!! The weather's turning colder, to wind and rain - so we guess it's obvious the kid's have broken up!!!

It's been a good start, it's nice to see the kids (many from away) - e.g. A family from 'Newcastle way' we met in the summer were in today, and we could hear their screams from 200m !!! Mum said the first stop had to be 'The Dungeons' (our shop is in the converted Bonded warehouse of our Victorian Indoor Market - and yes they are like Dungeons!!!! - but very cool, some really nice shops - opposite us is a guy who sells native American goods, he goes over to the USA at least once a year for a month buying).....

Tech Decks going well, Gacha, Uglydolls and Pokemon / Yu-Gi-Oh...... re-stocking HaloClix soon (promise, we know people have been waiting), too many new incomings to mention now!!! And we've got some really special things lined up for 2009!! (more later)...

Scratching the 'Bikini' Bottom!!!

Spongebob, who doesn't love Spongebob? The first release of new Gachas incoming, 8 different danglers to collect and hang from your bag / pants or phone.... With other new Gachas coming in before Christmas in Hello Kitty, Mario, Hannah Montana and other flavours, Santa's socks are going to be filled up without it costing him the Earth!! :P.....Check out our Gashapon HERE.

With Crazy Bones Evolution starting to trickle in a bit more freely now, we've added some stocks to the online shop, and with Little Red Ugly Icebat coming in with Little Ugly Poe, Match Attax Boosters, and other items imminent, including - Speed Cubes, Pokemon StormFront, Yu-Gi-Oh Zombie World Decks et al, it looks like it's going to be a fun filled start to November...

Evolution takes time......

The new Crazy Bones series 2 - Evolution are in such short supply at the moment that we've delayed putting them online, we have some coming in tomorrow - but the quantity is so small that we'll just have them at the shop (1 box of boosters and a handful of Albums!!!). We have some Storage boxes coming in though. With three sources/distributors we'll be trying get decent stocks as soon as possible!!!!

Moxy's got a lot of Moxy....

Moxy's got a lot of "moxy". She's a real get up and go Ugly, with far more energy than her older brother OX. Moxy's favourite activity seems to be bouncing off the walls and jumping in and out of mischief. Her giant antennas are always on the look out for a good time, and she can hear a party from miles away. She could hear you coming from all the way back over there!

Are you a party animal? No? Would you like to take care of one? No? Well that's ok because Moxy is here to take care of you. She can take care of pretty much any problem you may have...it's a gift of hers. For example, see how messy your room is? No problem! See? Moxy is on your side.

Great things in small packets...!!

Bubbles are bubbles right?..... Wrong, 'Catchable, Touchable Bubbles' are different, the size gets you first - each packet contains a tiny (and we mean tiny) heart shaped container, but not only do you get your monies worth (25p per packet) - they are super cool, literally hundreds of tiny 'Catchable' bubbles, yes catchable!!!! Our youngest son was playing with them one night, and there were still a few bubbles intact on the table the next morning!!! There's been a run on them in the shop, which is why we currently haven't got any left in stock - but rest assured, we'll be restocking them this month...:)......in the meantime you can always check all the Pocket Money Items out at ToyToyjac first........

Who said Cheats don't prosper!!!!!

Well in the sense of fun, we guess it's OK, and the game is designed by the multi award winning toy guru Reiner Knizia. The Ben 10 YO! Card Game involves 'bluffing' and 'cheating'! your way to victory, housed in a 'take anywhere' case which also has sliders on to keep track of the score, this is one fun game for up to four players.....

More Crazy Bones in too, still waiting on the Series 2 Evolution - but hopefully they will be in around this time next week. Hopefully more Baby.Bow products too, these really are super quality gifts, we are really pleased with them, and you can check them out HERE.
